The full-sized plastic mud balance is imprinted with four density scales with the following ranges:

  • 8 - 25 lbs/gal
  • 1000 - 3000 specific gravity kg/m3
  • 60 - 185 lbs/ft3
  • 450 - 1300 PSI/1000 ft

The plastic balance is more resistant to corrosive fluids, which is a major advantage in some applications. The balance may be readily transported in a lightweight carrying case fitted for its usage and storage.
